Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: As the General Manager, you play a crucial role in setting service expectations. Your leadership and coaching will guide managers, MITs, and team members. You will oversee daily operations, ensure team well-being, and maintain facilities. Managing resources like food, beverage, and labor costs will be your responsibility. Safety, sanitation, and accident prevention are key. Team selection, scheduling, coaching, and development require skill. Focus on strategy, excellence, and driving business growth, while embodying our brand.

Qualifications:

- The General Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant general management.

- The General Manager should demonstrate a proven track record in achieving financial goals.

- The General Manager should exhibit a high level of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy.

- Preferably, the General Manager should have extensive knowledge of wine and a background in a scratch-kitchen environment.
