Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Leadership: Manage guest flow, optimize seating arrangements, and ensure every customer has an exceptional dining experience.
- Team Training & Scheduling: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule a talented team of hosts, servers, and bartenders to deliver seamless service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and cohesive service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee supplies and implement cost-effective practices.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address feedback with professionalism to resolve issues and continually elevate the customer experience.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with brand expectations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing front-of-house operations in hospitality or food service.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong background in Customer Experience and hospitality management, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Professional ability to address and resolve customer feedback effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
