About the Job
The Restaurant Facilities Coordinator position will have the responsibility of ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness, organization and repair and maintenance. The Restaurant Facilities Coordinator will liaison and partner with the General Manager on all repair and maintenance items and facilities feedback. They will be onsite daily at Water Grill South Coast Plaza and will report directly to the Director of Construction.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Liaison with all R&M items for the restaurant and partners with GM on execution.
- Weekly, monthly recurring maintenance log and non-recurring items for tracking
- Responsible for facilitating and communicating R&M activities in the building to the team through company communication tools.
- Maintaining and improving all vendor relations related to R&M
- Partnering with KSC Facilities team on repairs
- Open to assisting at other local restaurant locations (Long Beach, Orange County)
Required Qualifications:
- Proactive, high level of detail, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- High Drive, High achievement, Follows directions, Results oriented
- Understanding restaurant facilities preferred
- Proven track record of successful facilities management
- Follows best practices and gets the work done through approved vendors – good communication and collaboration.
- Strong personal integrity and honesty, high standards
Required Schedule and Hours:
- Monday-Friday 6am to 2pm
- Open/flexible to working Overtime if needed and/or if time changes.
