Title of Position: Restaurant & Event Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant & Event Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing the floor, and managing events and event details. We need someone who will ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is met. The Restaurant & Event Manager must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing team members. As a Restaurant & Event Manager, you will spend more than 70% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of conflict in the restaurant.
