Title of Position: Restaurant/Bar AGM

Job Description: The Restaurant/Bar Manager will showcase their leadership qualities by hiring, managing and guiding all team members as well as being responsible for creating a atmosphere that thrives on teamwork and welcomes constructive feedback. The Restaurant/Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Pub. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, while ensuring that all health and safety standards as well as food handling practices maintained. You will also have to oversee staff, manage inventory, coordinate events, and develop creative marketing plans to promote our Pub. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests have a unique and memorable experience every time they visit us. You will constantly monitor inventory levels and quality control, while also developing creative marketing plans to help promote our Pub. Ultimately, the goal is for you to help make build successful establishment.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant/Bar Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
• Event experience highly preferred
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager 
• The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of other
• The Restaurant/Bar Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant/Bar Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
