Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and support team members, providing training, coaching, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
- Lead by example to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the premises.
- Assist with scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, special events, and operational improvements.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic financial acumen, including familiarity with budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
