Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at a fast-paced and community-focused restaurant. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team performance, and adherence to high-quality standards. This role is ideal for a team player with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
Supervise and support team members, providing training, coaching, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
Lead by example to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the premises.
Assist with scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, special events, and operational improvements.
Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic financial acumen, including familiarity with budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
