Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.
- Supervise, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes for staff.
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business needs and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Lead by example in all aspects of operations, creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including labor cost control and inventory management.
