About the Job

We are seeking a Health Care Specialist to perform timely and professional equipment setups, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units. This role involves providing technical assistance, patient education, and conducting thorough patient assessments in home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and maintenance of respiratory equipment

Patient education and support

Maintain organized patient records

Work on-call after hours and weekends as needed

Requirements:

Experience in home health care (varies by level)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Computer literacy

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Relevant certifications and licenses as per state regulations

Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally over 50 pounds.
