Respiratory Therapist (casual). - Nemours.

We are seeking a motivated Respiratory Therapist for a casual/per diem position at our Delaware location. The role involves working 8 or 6 twelve-hour shifts in a 6-week block, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing routine and emergency respiratory care across all patient areas.
• Clinical direction for respiratory care trainees and technicians.
• Consultation and education for healthcare professionals.
• Hands-on patient care and family interaction.

Requirements include graduation from a COAARC approved program, DE State License, NBRC-RRT, AARC Membership, and BLS certification. PALS certification is required within 90 days. Preferred certifications include NRP, NBRC-NPS, and ACLS.
