Respiratory Support Associate - Atlantic Health System

Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Support Associate for Morristown Medical Center to work varied shifts including weekends.

• Clean respiratory equipment
• Setup respiratory equipment
• Pre-use checks on respiratory equipment
• Maintain par levels of respiratory supplies
• Replenish air and oxygen tanks where respiratory is responsible
• Equipment maintenance calibrations
• Update equipment log
• Deliver equipment and supplies to Respiratory Therapists when needed
• Pick up discontinued equipment and bring to soiled utility for cleaning
• Carries out delegated patient care activities appropriate for a facilitator and communicates with other members of the healthcare team
• Other duties as assigned

A nurse navigator offers individualized attention and support and coordinates the transition of pulmonary care from the hospital to an outpatient setting.
