Resources Coordinator
Purpose of the Job: The purpose of this role is to provide resource coordination services to Hope City.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with inventory management software, applications, and/or systems.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Execute necessary policies and procedures for running the POS system created by the Resources Director. This includes maintaining the POS dashboard, and inventory for all campuses.
- Distribute policies, procedures, inventory and other necessary information to our satellite campuses.
- Assist all campuses with training, sales, displays, executing markdowns and merchandise as needed.
- Gather reports and information on products and sales as requested.
- Project management of merchandise launches which includes working with Creative and Marketing for product marketing and photography.
- Order merchandise for all campuses as needed. Approval is needed from the Resources Director.
- Once merchandise is received at the Hope City warehouse, work with our Warehouse team to distribute to campuses/events as needed.
- Assist in gathering merchandise when Hope City has Guest speakers.
- Manage the online store. This includes maintaining inventory, sales, fulfillment, etc.
- Research resource needs for all departments within Hope City.
- Order all branded materials for various departments within the organization, this includes but is not limited to: weekend invite cards, Kids resources, Freedom Encounter resources, 21 Days of Prayer resources, special events printed materials, mailers, and campus signage.
- Management of branded clothing for baptisms and dream teams.
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands:
