Resource Coordinator Supervisor Senior LinkAge Line

Position Type: Remote: Full-time (40 hours), exempt
The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) provides advocacy, information, resources and assistance so that older adults can maintain the lifestyle of their choice. The Senior LinkAge Line is a free statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging, in partnership with Minnesota's Area Agencies on Aging. Senior LinkAge Line helps older Minnesotans and their families by connecting to local services, finding answers, and getting the help they need.
MNRAAA is seeking a full-time Senior LinkAge Line Resource Coordination Supervisor. This role involves managing the daily operations of all direct services related to resource coordination. The supervisor will ensure adequate staffing, maintain quality assurance, and integrate policy and procedure changes into daily work. Requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a reliable car.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $28.27-$31.27/hour depending on years or relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of resource coordination services.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Communicate and implement changes to policies and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive, clear, and objective information and assistance to older adults and their family members.
- Conduct education and outreach to individuals, caregivers, family members, and providers in the surrounding communities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services-related field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology, public administration, gerontology, business/operations management). Two years of lead, supervisory, and/or management experience in the human services field or contact center.
- OR six years of experience providing employee supervision in the human services field.
- OR a 2 or 4 year degree in a human services-related field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology, public administration, gerontology, business/operations management) and three years of experience working in an AAA/Senior LinkAge Line position.
