Location: 21051 Warner Center Ln Ste 105, Woodland Hills, CA 91367
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts
Available shifts:
- Sunday 8:00am-10:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 2 pm-10:30 pm
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2 pm-10:30 pm, Saturday 8 am-10:30 pm

Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor our dedicated treatment team during your shift
- Create an empowering environment where participants develop essential life skills—from financial management to relationship building
- Provide direct support to participants as they navigate daily challenges and celebrate victories
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional care aligned with OPI's proven approach
- Ensure smooth program operations while maintaining high standards of care
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in a residential setting, mental health facility, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with young adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
