As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, fixtures, and drainage systems.
- Work with a variety of materials, including PEX, copper, and steel piping
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and solutions.
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and suggest preventative measures.
- Adhere to safety standards and local plumbing codes.
- Utilize and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle/service truck.
Qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Minimum of 3+ years of residential plumbing experience required
- Proven experience in plumbing with a focus on hydronic heating systems
- Strong understanding of boiler systems, radiant floor heating, and related components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications
- Ability to commute to the office in Black Hawk, CO

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and emergency on-call shifts as needed.
- Option to work four 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), providing flexibility to accommodate individual preferences and project needs.
Work Location:
- Mountain Community service area, with travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle.
