Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years relevant experience.

Experience working with individuals who have histories of homelessness and/or serious mental health diagnoses, crisis intervention, and managing trauma-triggered behavior.

Excellent time management skills; stress resistant, flexible; team player; open to feedback; creative; excellent organizational skills; willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone.

Preferred knowledge of AWARDS. Preferred Supervisory Experience.

Spanish speaking is a plus.
