Primary Purpose:
The purpose of the Residential Sales Estimator position is to complete in-home estimates with customers where you will use a consultative approach to uncover the details of their projects and identify the best solutions for their needs.

Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct sales and estimating procedures based on leads provided by the company.
- Establish and nurture important connections with similar businesses and real estate professionals.
- Prepare painting estimates for both residential and small to medium-sized commercial projects.
- Create proposals and deliver engaging presentations to customers.
- Maintain productivity standards and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints, and other forms of communication.
- Honor appointments with customers and attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of Military experience.
- Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter.
- Must pass a background check and insurability evaluation.
