Position Overview:

As a Residential Restoration Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing home restoration projects related to fire and smoke damage, water and mold remediation, storm damage, and large losses. Your expertise will be crucial in restoring homes and properties to their original condition, ensuring client satisfaction, and making a positive impact on our community.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
  • Manage restoration projects from assessment to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and homeowners to execute restoration plans effectively.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect work progress, ensuring compliance with restoration standards and specifications.
  • Pay meticulous attention to details during the restoration process.
• Team Coordination:
  • Supervise field staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Foster teamwork and effective communication.
• Client Communication:
  • Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the restoration journey.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in home restoration projects, specifically related to fire and smoke damage, water and mold remediation, storm damage, and large losses.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and managing restoration processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
