Residential Remodeling Superintendent Project Manager - Axion Construction LLC.

• You may be exactly the Superintendent / Project Manager we are looking for to oversee our high-quality custom building and retro-fit remodeling projects, if you lead with confidence and have the ability to communicate and make decisions to keep subcontractors showing up and completing projects on time.
• You'll have a strength in managing multiple projects simultaneously and know when to jump in to do whatever it takes to keep the project on track.
• You'll be known for your superior communication skills with an uncanny ability to keep all the key decision makers in the loop, subcontractors showing on time, and updated schedules daily to see accurate timelines.
• You learn from your mistakes and put things in place to avoid repeating mistakes.

• You bring solutions to problems and see ways around roadblocks which allows you to expedite actions and next steps to quickly overcome challenges.

As our Superintendent Project Manager, you’ll:

• Lead with confidence on custom, detailed residential remodeling projects, not just quick kitchen and bath upgrades. You’ll thrive in managing unique, complex tasks that transform homes.
• Communicate with authority to subcontractors and vendors, inspiring them to show up on time, overcome obstacles, and stay on schedule.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously—typically 3-4 with a maximum of 6—while keeping each one moving forward without downtime.
• Adapt and respond to challenges by updating schedules daily to stay aligned with project deadlines, no matter the setbacks.
• Own mistakes as learning moments, making improvements to avoid repeat issues.
• Keep all key people in the loop by communicating with the operations manager and owner on each project’s progress, ensuring alignment on every detail.
• Master scheduling and proficient in technology as part of daily operations, updating CoConstruct scheduling software, tracking inspections, and maintaining checklists for projects.

You'll be more than a manager - you'll be a decision-maker, a strategic thinker, and someone who keeps everyone motivated and focused. You see things others don’t, take pride in getting it right the first time, and are driven to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented results.

• You'll know Florida building codes and construction standards, ensuring all work is compliant with ideally 8-10 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• You'll have a track-record of managing subcontractors and vendors with accountability and a strong relationship-building approach. You'll be familiar with custom projects and retro-fit remodeling.
• You'll have above average communication skills to reduce change orders, clarify expectations, and follow up on any inspections and vendor schedules.
• You'll be proficient with technology to the point of being able to quickly communicate via email, text, and keep schedules updated in CoConstruct software.
• You’ll enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment where quality and timeliness matter.
• You'll be looking for a salary position working 40-44 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM across the Tampa Bay area with the opportunity to grow with a referral-based company.
