What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Designers and Project Managers in both our Salem, NH and Nashua, NH locations to create accurate project estimates.
- Analyze blueprints, proposals, and specifications to determine costs.
- Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring budgets align with client expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience – 5 years in residential remodeling estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs from frame to finish.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore or Co-construct.
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to our core values and a passion for top-notch results.
