Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.
We are seeking a Residential Program Worker who will provide direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.

Education
- High School diploma or GED
Experience
- Age 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Certifications & Licenses
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, driver for 3 years, preferred.
- Capacity to successfully complete first aid, CPR, and medication administration courses

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position prefers an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements up to 25% of the time.
