THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN - PLUMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• MA plumbing license or the ability to become licensed within a few months of employment
• 5+ years of plumber experience, with the confidence to work independently
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills

Proficiency with Apple products and service software like ServiceTitan is preferred.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy steady daytime hours and a predictable routine that lets you plan your evenings and weekends.

You'll start your day preparing for a variety of service calls, from diagnosing issues to creating estimates for customers. You'll use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with local codes. You'll seamlessly manage your workflow while maintaining open communication with customers and colleagues. Your ability to explain solutions, present estimates, and secure approvals will be crucial to your success!
