Residential Plumbing Dispatcher Description: 

· Handle incoming service calls, efficiently assigning them to the appropriate plumbing technician.  

· Utilize scheduling software to ensure appointments are booked accurately and optimally. 

· Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they are informed about appointment times, any changes, or updates. 

· Coordinate with plumbing technicians, providing them with relevant job details and ensuring they have the necessary equipment and materials. 

· Prioritize emergency calls and adjust schedules as needed.  

· Maintain records of calls, dispatch details, and feedback from technicians. 

· Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from customers. 

· Have fun working on a vibrant, talented team! 

Job Qualifications: 

· Proven experience in a dispatcher role, preferably in the residential service industry. 

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

· Excellent verbal communication abilities. 

· Proficient in using scheduling software such as ServiceTitan, and other related tech tools.  

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

· Knowledge of plumbing terms and tools is a plus.
