Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, recommending and selling the right products and services.
- Install, repair, and service new and existing plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse plumbing challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including invoices, time cards, and system notes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior plumbing experience required.
- Proven experience in addressing leaking faucets, replacing water heaters, performing soldering tasks, and other plumbing-related repairs and installations.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to travel for service calls.
- Comfort using field technology, including text messaging and phone apps.
- Own set of hand tools required.
- Preferred: Journeyman License and electrical experience.
