- Competitive wage of $19 to $25 per hour, plus bonuses and paid overtime

WHAT THIS RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH ROLE ENTAILS:
Schedule:
Full-timers work 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with flexibility for customer needs and on-call emergency services. The part-time schedule ranges from 10 to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, ideal for skilled technicians seeking supplemental income with customized scheduling.
Day-to-Day:
As our full- or part-time Residential Maintenance Tech, you start your day by responding to a maintenance request from a resident. You quickly diagnose the issue and promptly fix it, leaving the resident delighted with your efficient service. Next, you tackle a list of preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring that our properties remain in top-notch condition. Throughout the day, you engage with residents, addressing their concerns with professionalism and courtesy. As the sun sets, you reflect on a day well spent, knowing that your hard work has made a difference in the lives of our residents!
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a residential maintenance technician
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall installation and repairs
- Physical ability to use a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, handle chemicals, and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to provide own tools
- Basic computer, phone, and other technology skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with reliable transportation
A Multi-Family NW Association Maintenance Technician certification or similar is preferred but not required. Having flooring installation and repair experience is also preferred. Being bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
