Compensation: $75,000+ base salary + 5% commission on revenue, company vehicle

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Design Sales Manager to take ownership of our residential portfolio, drive sales, and oversee operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a segment that already generates $1M annually without significant marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management:
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to attract high-end residential clients.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance.
- Sell and manage residential design-build projects, ranging from $20K to $200K, with a sweet spot of $50K–$100K.
Project Oversight:
- Estimate projects, manage production schedules, and oversee job sites.
- Assist crews, visit project sites regularly, and ensure top-tier project delivery.
- Handle natural stone, pavers, retaining walls, plantings, sod, irrigation, grading, outdoor kitchens, patios, fire pits, and fireplaces.
Technology & Operations:
- Utilize ASPIRE software to track project profitability and efficiency.
- Use technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Maintain a proactive, take-charge approach with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or project management experience in high-end residential design-build projects.
- Strong understanding of outdoor living design, with the ability to collaborate with design partners.
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies to grow the residential portfolio.
- Comfortable with technology and software tools (ASPIRE experience preferred).
- Self-starter who can take ownership of the residential department without hand-holding.
