ABOUT THIS JOB

Our Residential Journeyman Electrician usually works from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some on-call, after-hours, and weekend work may be required.

You're the driving force behind our successful electrical projects, guiding the process from underground installations to the final results. Motivated to complete quality, timely work, you supervise apprentices and unclassified workers in performing various services. You ensure all work aligns with quality standards and client expectations, providing on-the-job training as needed to deliver fantastic results.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a similar service technician role
• Residential service technician experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to work in a 25-mile service radius from our shop
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions

Bonus Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with residential and commercial electrical systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to train and obtain Generac generator certification with company support
