About the Job
Why work with us? When Chris Mechanical Services started in 2006, we had one goal in mind - providing local families with comfort solutions that fit not only their lifestyle but their pocketbook. We are a family-owned-and-operated business, and for that reason, we like to create a positive and encouraging environment when you are here. At Chris Mechanical Services, we take pride in offering a unique and fulfilling work experience that prioritizes our employees' well-being and fosters a relaxed yet dynamic work environment. Here are some reasons you should consider joining our team:
- Relaxed Environment - We have cultivated a supportive culture that encourages open communication, collaboration, and a friendly team environment. Our approachable management team ensures everyone feels valued and appreciated.
- Many Long-Term Employees - One of the hallmarks of a great company is the loyalty of its employees. We are proud to say many of our team members have been with us for years. This is a testament to our commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment where employees thrive and grow
- Great Work/Life Balance - We firmly believe that a healthy work/life balance is essential for overall well-being and long-term success. Many HVAC companies make you give up your weekends instead of being with friends and family. Here at Chris Mechanical, weekend work is optional as we want you to enjoy your free time!
- Avoid Burnout - Our management team discourages overworking and ensures that workloads are manageable and realistic. We promote a stress-free work environment, allowing you to perform your best without experiencing burnout.
