Responsibilities:
- Service, PM, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
- Diagnose malfunctions and problems with HVAC systems, identify the root cause, and perform necessary repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Assess system performance through routine maintenance, inspections, and testing to ensure efficient operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical connections to prevent future malfunctions and prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including system installations, repairs, and service reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions regarding HVAC systems, and presenting appropriate solutions.

- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
