Residential HVAC Service Technician - Gpac

We have an exciting opportunity for an HVAC Service Technician! Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry. This is your chance to join a team that values both exceptional service and a friendly working environment.

The ideal candidate will focus on the service and installation HVAC Responsible for running service calls and performing some maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Apply your technical skills and knowledge to respond to complex service calls and HVAC emergencies.
• Drive to residential customer homes, greeting customers, troubleshooting split systems, and diagnosing/resolving problems.
• Describe options and costs, obtain sale approval, and make repairs.
• Ensure that all repairs are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety and regulatory standards and codes.
• Promote service agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential service, maintenance and installation.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using service management software and other relevant tools.
