Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Service Sales Engineer to join our dedicated team in Kansas City. This role requires a deep understanding of residential HVAC systems, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to deliver technical solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the residential sector.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing superior service and technical support.
- Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions aligned with residential customer needs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to homeowners and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to enhance products and services.
- Represent the company at local community events and promotional activities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in HVAC sales with a focus on residential markets, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems and products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with residential customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
