Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the residential HVAC division including sales, service, installation, and customer experience.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the residential HVAC division, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
- Provide regular updates on performance to the President and Leadership Team.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving margins.
- Act as a liaison between the residential HVAC division and other departments within the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve overarching organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices specifically related to residential HVAC operations.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends in the residential HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the residential HVAC industry, with at least five (5) years of experience in operations management.
- In-depth understanding of residential HVAC systems, processes, and industry best practices.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
