Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
Use your HVAC mastery to diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products.
Guide customers to intelligent, informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their unique needs.
Build strong customer relationships for sales success.
Complete all general HVAC boiler service calls.
Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions to fix their heating and cooling woes.
Meet (or exceed!) revenue goals with expert service.
Shine as a professional to build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with our customer service and dispatch experts to achieve business success.
Keep your job sites and company vehicle clean, organized, and inventoried
Never stop learning, growing, and sharing knowledge by participating in training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.
Handle invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and summary of findings and options sheets efficiently.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Licensed and savvy with local HVAC codes, turning on-the-job know-how into action
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems, including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
Organization ninja with follow-through superpowers
Strong verbal and written communication
Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.

Qualifications*

3 years of experience performing residential HVAC boiler service? Check!
Refrigeration license? Even better!
Clean Driving Record? Let's Roll!
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
