Residential Home Remodeling Estimator/Project Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential remodeling projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs, provide project updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Oversee the execution of remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee project timelines and quality standards, ensuring they stay within budget.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial documentation to ensure profitability and transparency.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct both office-related work and site visits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (+3 years) in residential remodeling estimation and project management is required.
- Deep understanding of the differences in estimating new construction versus remodels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with TRELLO or similar client relationship manager systems.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and financial management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of carpenters, designers, and subcontractors.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Bonus structure available.
- PTO.
- Hybrid/Flexible office schedule.
