About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities
-Review each move-out voucher to assure proper information has been received from each community. Fill out Collections Acceptance Criteria Checklist notating information omitted and submit to Collection Manager
-Responsible for inputting information from the move-out vouchers to create new accounts
-Responsible for Credit Bureau consumer reporting, updates and disputes
-Responsible for reference and verification calls
-Process all mail return into collection software with correct up-to-date information
-Responsible for answering and directing phone calls
-Responsible for revising all applicable accounts
-Responsible for all internal and outgoing mail
-Secure and accept payments from customers
-Responsible for payment input, bank deposits and insufficient check processing
-Type memos, letters, and create & revise forms as needed
-Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
-Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
-Perform various other duties as assigned by Director and/or Supervisor

-High school diploma
-Two (2) years office experience
