This role is critical in delivering accurate project assessments for our residential and commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Xactimate software, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and have a strong understanding of the roofing construction industry. • Prepare accurate roofing project estimates using Xactimate and Symbility software.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop proposals and strategies.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess project scope and potential challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry materials, techniques, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for project bids.

• Proficient in Xactimate software (required) and Symbility software experience preferred.
• 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial roofing estimation.
• Must have experience with Third Party Administration.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site inspections.
