Key Responsibilities: 

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local codes and project specifications. 

Read and interpret construction plans, technical diagrams, and schematics. 

Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute electrical installations.

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, making necessary repairs. 

Ensure the safety of all electrical systems and adhere to safety protocols. 

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used in web-based database.

Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success. 

Qualifications: 

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with all levels of staff, while maintaining a positive professional image with exemplary standards of behavior and ethics.

Possess excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, with a dedicated commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail. 

Consistently handle situations with tact, maturity and patience, and able to work well under pressure. 

Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful. 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others for results as needed.

Proven experience as an electrician in the construction industry with focus on residential systems.

Demonstratable ability to wire 3-way, 4-way, and dimmer lighting circuits. 

Install 100A through 400A residential services. 

Troubleshoot, repair, install arc fault and ground fault protected circuits. 

Demonstrable abilities to rough-in and trim of electrical assemblies. 

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and local building codes. 

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. 

Reliable transportation 

Salary & Benefits: 

Salary $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience
