If working in an intensive group home located on the Devereux campus with boys ages 12-17 providing students an opportunity to further develop and practice their social, coping, relapse prevention, and independent living skills sounds rewarding to you then this is the job for you!

Starting at $16.00 to $18.74 depending on relevant experience and education! $2,000 sign on bonus!

As a Direct Care Professional, with a 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers a higher level of individualized care. Through individualized community integration plans, students will also have the opportunity to be able to generalize learned skills! Residential staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support an individual's growth and development.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Located on our main campus in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
