Bramante Homes is a custom builder that has been collaborating closely with our clients in Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley since 1978. We provide well-guided custom home experiences and are currently growing and seeking new team members who are passionate about the teamwork that creates well-built one-of-a-kind homes.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Superintendent to join our team and help us deliver exceptional projects of the highest quality for our clients. You will play a critical role in working on projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately Communicate with and assist the executive team in resolving worksite issues quickly and effectively to keep work on progress on track
• Update Daily job logs in construction management software, upload job site photos, complete production checklists, and comply with project schedules
• Convey all necessary project information to trade partners
• Ensure compliance with all plan documents and specifications.
• Work with local and state building officials to ensure that all local practices and inspection requirements are fulfilled
• Schedule material deliveries as needed
• Complete project take-off estimates and be knowledgeable of all project requirements
• Ensure job site cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Must have multi-disciplinary knowledge of residential construction materials and techniques
• High level of service-minded professionalism with a wide range of clients.
• Previous experience in VA and working with local agencies is a plus
• Must have relevant project management experience
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a strong plus.
• Strong proven leadership and negotiation qualities with a focus on deadlines and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
