As a Project Manager at Craftsman Builders, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, coordinate with architects and clients, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.
- Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring high standards of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in real time.
- Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and local Seattle building codes.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, budgets, and teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.
- Clean driving record and the ability to travel to local job sites.
Compensation:
- Full - Time
- Competitive hourly wage: $50 to $60 per hour (based on experience).
