Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Nautilus Custom Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction through project completion. You will ensure that our high standards of quality and client satisfaction are met while managing timelines, budgets, and the coordination of subcontractors. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the excellence that Nautilus Homes is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and interior designers.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with client expectations.
• Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA, State, County, and Community regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders, including daily job site reports and schedule adjustments.
• Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
• Champion Nautilus Homes' processes and ensure adherence to our high standards of craftsmanship and client service.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within the custom home building industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore certification preferred).
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and interior design drawings.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with high-end clients and design professionals.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and participation in our Drug-Free Workplace Program.
• A passion for building finely crafted custom homes.
