Exciting Opportunity for a Project Manager!

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for high-end remodels and renovations? Join a dynamic and well-established contracting firm as a Project Manager in the Tampa Bay area! This is a permanent, direct-hire position located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, where you'll be managing exciting projects including upscale home renovations and new construction. If you're a driven, senior-level project manager with expertise in estimating, blueprint reading, material procurement, and managing subcontractors, this is the opportunity for you!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:

At least 10-15 years of experience in construction management, ideally with high-end remodels and renovations
Strong expertise in estimating, job take-offs, and blueprint reading
Proven experience in material procurement and overseeing the hiring of subcontractors
Ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Experience working on renovations up to $600K, including high-end bathrooms
Familiarity with multiple trades and coordinating across different aspects of construction
Ability to work with clients, banks, and other stakeholders, including dealing with project financing and bank loans
Flexibility to work in-office, on-site, and remotely as required by the project demands

Salary: $90,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
