As a Project Manager at Kleiber Construction, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. Your role will include pre-construction planning, scheduling, and ensuring the seamless progress of our high-quality projects. This position requires a strategic thinker and problem solver dedicated to maintaining budgets, timelines, and top-notch service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction planning, permitting, and scheduling to prepare projects for success.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
• Conduct client meetings, providing valuable insights and ideas to enhance their vision.
• Develop project schedules, including Gantt charts, and coordinate with subs, foremen, and suppliers.
• Manage permits and handle necessary pre-construction tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them updated with progress reports and photos.
• Oversee and approve change orders, invoices, and ensure timely handoff of completed projects.
• Participate in hiring and evaluations of foremen and carpenters, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficient with Google Drive and Gantter; typing speed of 30 WPM or more.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the metro Milwaukee area, maintaining high standards and accountability.

Salary and Benefits:

Full-time position

• Competitive salary at $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
