As a Project Manager at Loudoun Basements, you'll oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget. Working closely with our operations team and skilled carpenters, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating every aspect of the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is as committed to teamwork and customer service as they are to the nuts and bolts of project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the daily operations of basement finishing projects, ensuring work aligns with quality and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, maintaining open communication and managing expectations.
• Work closely with carpenters and subcontractors, providing direction and support to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as needed to stay within project limits.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring all work adheres to Loudoun Basements' standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, ideally in residential or remodeling projects.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management software (training available if needed).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve issues on-site, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative and positive attitude, with a commitment to client satisfaction and a strong ethical compass.
