We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager with exceptional scheduling and client-handling skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-end residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and fostering professional relationships.
• Implement and manage project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Conduct site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to align efforts across the entire project.
• Anticipate problems and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide feedback to owners and clients regarding processes, procedures, and performance to continually improve the overall building experience.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by exceeding expectations through clear communication and project management excellence.
• Provide regular updates to homeowners, senior management, and stakeholders on project status.
• Build lasting relationships with local architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.
