Position: Lead Carpenter - Residential Construction

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Participate: Engage in carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom finishes.
• Maintain Quality: Demonstrate advanced carpentry skills to ensure top-notch craftsmanship throughout the project.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues that arise during construction.
• Supervise and Mentor: Lead a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback for efficient performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Stay Updated: Keep current with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to residential construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter in residential construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in residential carpentry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
