Residential Construction Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are currently partnered with a leading residential construction company renowned for its quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a diligent and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and managing office supplies.
• Assist in project management tasks and documentation.
• Utilize BuilderTrend software for project tracking and management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with BuilderTrend software is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
