Accountant Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Residential Construction experience with a luxury custom home builder
• BuilderTrend software experience
• Experience maintaining financial records; balance sheets/general ledger accounts
• Excellent relationships with internal/externam customers
• Microsoft office applications experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize/work under pressure
