JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB REQUIREMENTS
SUMMARY
Provides resident assistance and monitors the general cleanliness of the commons areas (office, clubroom, pools, laundry area, etc). The pay rate can vary depending on experience. This is a great job for students looking for later working hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor cameras.
Check out packages to residents.
Check out carts to residents / Check in carts from residents.
Respond to noise complaints.
Check the Maintenance Shop and Mechanical Rooms to be sure they are locked.
Check the pool every hour for noise and violations.
Keep the laundry area clean.
Dispose of trash.
Keep the lobby area and glass clean.
Call on-call tech for emergencies.
Complete incident reports.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Communicate effectively (both oral and written) with prospects, residents, relocation agents, and agencies, other professionals in the industry.
Knowledge of location and all related community features and benefits.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong customer service orientation.
Have basic math and office and computer skills.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, drive golf cart, bend, reach, grasp, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Have good people skills.
Knowledgeable of or able to learn, State, Tenant/Landlord Laws, Federal Fair Housing Laws, and company policies and procedures.
Required to work weekends at most properties
12am-8am shift availability.
