Culligan/Total Water Treatment Systems, Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Culligan Service Manager to oversee the Residential/Commercial Service Tech Team for our Lawrenceville, GA location.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years experience or 10-15 years related or equivalent experience in plumbing, water treatment or utility service industry
- Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills required
- Experience with computers including Windows based programs including excel, outlook, etc.
- Journeymen or Masters Plumber Restricted Appliance License preferred
- Valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Household Service
- Assist in scheduling and provide direct supervision of Culligan service technicians.
- Control and minimize labor and repair expenses.
- Provide leadership to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- Develops and oversees training for Culligan service technicians.
- Provides on the job training for service technicians.
- Provides direction, training, and support to customer service team regarding scheduling.
- Performs commercial and household service as scheduled.
- Performs household or commercial installation or supervision and assistance with installation.
- Works on Culligan service/installation applications 50% or more of the work week.
- Included in the on-call/after hour's rotation for Culligan customer service needs.
Management
- Developing and monitoring budget for Culligan service/installation responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- Work with and assist with the company safety committee.
- Maintain good working relationships with Insurance provider and serve as the point person for customer claims related to the Culligan service department.
- Assist with sales and promotion of products as needed.
- Works with customers to solve problems.
- Works with customers on purchases of parts.
- Conduct quarterly goal setting meetings with technicians using the Core Performance System (CPS).
- Manages Household Service Technicians in an efficient manner.
- Manage the Culligan warehouse areas of the facility in a clean and orderly manner.
- Order and maintain an appropriate amount of new equipment and parts inventory to meet the needs of the Culligan customer base.
- Responds to customers and fellow team members in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the vehicle fleet and maintenance for the Culligan service positions.
- Other duties as assigned.
