Residential/Commercial Property Manager
Local real estate owner is seeking an on-site residential + commercial property manager to join their team. They own 20 residential apartments and 10 commercial buildings throughout Delaware County along the I-95 corridor. They are a growing company which includes converting industrial space to finished commercial space. Time will be split between their office in Linwood and visiting the properties owned by the company.
The manager will strive to provide a superior community experience for residents and business owners and promote a positive work environment with colleagues and vendors. Must have at least 4 years experience in Property Management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following job description:
- Managing the property to meet the company's financial and operational objectives
- Inspect the property regularly to ensure the community's presentation and building systems meet company standards and residents are in compliance with the rules and regulations of the community
- Handle delinquencies in a timely manner and be capable of filing and representing the firm in landlord-tenant court when necessary
- Schedule and perform move-out inspections with residents to ensure proper move-out procedures are being followed
- Review weekly occupancy reports
- Facilitate renewals and renewal follow up
- Review and code invoices and monitor expenses, vendor relations and price change
- Maintain a capital and operational budget and report monthly variances
- Create and monitor marketing materials and outreach campaigns
- Manage the daily operations of the community

- Property Manager must also have strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and customer relations
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Be proficient in Property Management software
- Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Be able and willing to create and attend resident functions when needed. Weekend work may be required.
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
**Must have valid Drivers license and insurance.
